FORUM LOGIN IS BROKEN for ENGLISH

Logging into the forums with ANY other language EXCEPT ENGLISH works fine but for some stupid reason I cannot login on the ENGLISH forums – i get the stupid 401 error page after accepting the code of conduct crap.
