Hallo liebe Community…und zwar versuche ich seit 2 Tagen GW2 zu Updaten aber pustekuchen… wenn ich GW2 starte,lädt er 5 dateien runter und dann bekomm ich sofort folgenden Fehler :

P.S. Für einen Ratschlag wäre ich sehr Dankbar !

Deine Platte C: ist voll, oder sie ist zu stark fragmentiert, oder du hast die NTFS Kompression auf der Datei gw2.dat oder im ganzen Verzeichnis aktiviert. Komprimierte Dateien auf NTFS können nicht größer als ca. 30 GB werden, und diese Größe erreicht die gw2.dat gerade so in etwa.

Ich vermute eher ein Schreibrechte Problem. Du hast GW2 in einem Systempfad installiert und Windows kennt GW2 nicht und denkt das ist was Böses. Also → “Nö, kenn ich nicht! Nix da Schreibgenehmigung!”.

Lösung:
Erstelle dir einen Ordner
C:\GW2
dann schiebe alles von
C:\Program Files (x86)\Guild Wars 2\
in den neuen Ordner “GW2”.

Updaten… Sollte laufen solang die Festplatte nicht total voll ist.

Lieber hiccups, auch wenn es nett ist, dass du hier alle technischen Probleme der letzten 7 Tage aufarbeitest, solltest du schon sorgfältiger auf die gemeldeten Symptome eingehen, sonst begeben sich die Leute bei der Ursachenforschung auf einen Irrweg. Aus dem o.a. Dump geht beispielsweise zweifelsfrei hervor, dass der Fehler während des Schreibvorgangs auftrat. Also ein Schreibvorgang ging noch, aber der nächste nicht mehr.

Es kann also kein Rechteproblem sein, denn wenn es ein Rechteproblem wäre, dann würde es eine Meldung geben, dass eine Datei nicht geöffnet werden könne. Also Öffnungsvorgang, nicht Schreibvorgang. Beim schreiben werden keine Rechte mehr geprüft, nur beim öffnen.

Wenn man die eigentliche Meldung “Disk write failed (665:” bei Google sucht (was ich oben getan habe), dann führen einen die gefundenen Ergebnisse auf das, was ich geschrieben habe. Ein Rechteproblem ist dort nicht aufgeführt.
