-d/p bevorzugt, solltest aber auch andere builds beherrschen
-ansagen/kommunikation/taktisches verständnis
-top 150 erfahrung bevorzugt
-wichtige ansagen auf english da unser mes kein deutsch kann

req:
- good communication (german prefered since we are 4 german :/, otherwise english is fine)
- able to play common builds
- rotation
- 1v1 skills
- take critism
