die seite gibt es auch auf deutsch. nicht dass ich sagen möchte hier kann kaum einer englisch, aber die deutschen begriffe sind wohl eher drin als die englischen:

The aggro table of a hostile NPC changes dynamically depending on a number of factors, in order of importance:
1. closest target to them
2. who is dealing damage
3. top damage dealers
4. who is using a shield
5. others (see Notes below)
Notes:
Aquatic-only NPCs can have all aggro cancelled by returning to land.
Highly challenging enemies such as Champions and event bosses value reviving to the point of sometimes ignoring any other factor. However stopping reviving often will draw the attention of the enemy to the more classical threat sources.
